@koitu and I have been working on porting Plasma Camera to have a libcamera backend! I am excited to announce that we have made an initial release.

@espidev@fosstodon.org @koitu@mastodon.social this is amazing! I think most of the V4L stack had been using USB Cameras for a while and were pretty ill-suited to some of the more complex pipelines libcamera has to implement for those ARM SoCs.
