I don't think Windows is ready for production work. At work, every time it receives an udpate, it loses wired ethernet and has to to be restarted with the ethernet wire unplugged so it will only try connecting with the office wifi, and only after it has booted, the wire can be plugged back in. Though I suspect Thunderbolt docks being amazing pieces of shit in a box might have something to do with it, too.
