the public #chatmail relay list https://chatmail.at/relays covers about ~20% or so of chat relays we heart about and have traces or hints from, and we definitely don't see everything -- which is how it should be :)
Best of all: you can now start using multiple relays for your chat profiles, so even if one relay goes down or is blocked temporarily, chatting continues. https://delta.chat/en/2026-03-31-zero#maximizing-availability-and-resilience-through-multi-path-delivery
