I don't know if "autism is a superpower" but some parents of autistic kids have superpowers thrust upon them

I mean, you have to be careful how you read the OP. Right way: "People who are intentional and go to the trouble of learning how to better communicate with autistic people find that those skills are effective with neurotypical people too." Wrong way: "LOL DBAs are all autistic." (Galaxy-brain way: "The world would be a better place for everyone if it worked better for autistic people.")
