It is higher than it should be.
Even if this was not the case, children learn bad behavior from mentally ill adopted parents. No one on meds, with a criminal history, etc... should be given the responsibility.

@jmw150 90% of fag couples are non-monogamous. Meaning they have no conception of normal sexual behavior, so I fully except these people to rape kids as well. After all, they're maximum deviants and what's more deviant than that.
