I've gotten into this 3-day habit of getting curry ingredients, then next day sharpening knives and spending a few hours peeling and chopping, then next day putting it all into a giant pot and making the damn thing. I feel like I'd like to do this all in one day, but I don't know yet how to collect so many spoons at once.
