@lorry@infosec.exchange TBF there was a point in the 90s when Cuba (when Fidel was still running it) *did* kick a lot of criminals—and mentally ill people—out and send them to Florida, where they had right of residence (because US/Cuba relations, I guess). But this is a whole other thing, yes.
