Someone posted on here that Trump should be impeached over the Iran war, which...technically, yeah, sure, except that impeachment in the US means nothing and there are more useful things the Dems could do instead/as well. I replied saying basically that, and now there's some weirdo yelling at me that I should be acknowledging the genius of the Democratic leadership playing 5D chess by not impeaching him??? Like...please try to be a political party and not a cult for five seconds 💀

@sofiav@mastodon.online I live in the States and so far I haven't met anyone praising the "Democratic leadership" except for far-right trolls. I think that's actually one thing all Americans, right or left, have in common: They despise the heads of the Democratic party.
