Anyone know of any FOSS tools to isolate voice from an audio recording with background noise?

@lwpembleton not sure if this is what you want but Audacity has noise reduction tools.

@lwpembleton haven't used this in a minute but when i did, it worked super well https://github.com/deezer/spleeter
