I hate when I'm introduced to someone who needs help and the first thing they want is an NDA. I'm not interested in telling anyone what you're doing... I probably will forget your entire project a day later anyway. Convince me that what you're working on is worth it for future-me to worry about if I want to do something similar later. Yeah an NDA might allow it, but do I want to have to prove that I didn't pass along anything secret in court? Are you going to reimburse me for that time?
