Some months ago I asked @raphael if Stolon could be improved and adjusted for my own use, so that I can move out of #codepen and host my sketches on my server. He kindly replied GO! and we went though a wild and fun push / pull game to upgrade the editor, enhance the behavior, allow #pagedjs and #p5js templates. I even published StolonScreenshot, a #nodejs script based on puppeteer that helps with creating thumbnails for the stems (~pens) gallery, by screen-shooting stems locally and on demand. @julienbidoret @raphael Raphaël showed stolon at the last declarations event in varia and it's is so nice. It makes me super emotional to see the results of unexpected open source collaboration at such an small, intimate scale. Like what's cooler than a DIY digital tool made by a friend, a DIY digital tool made by a network of friends!!!!
