Y'know, Telegram has exactly one feature that I think should be a default option on all chat platforms. Please, for the love of all that is good, can we PLEASE get the option to limit notifications to once every x amount of minutes!? It would be so much easier to keep up with groups if I could have notifications, but I never do because when the group gets active I get overwhelmed and annoyed. I really don't get why I've only ever seen this feature on Telegram of all places.
