For why? Fear of prosecution? Persecution? Simple moral objection? It feels wrong to avoid going somewhere strictly because you disagree with state policy or even general pubic opinion… Or maybe you mean “visit” for leisure? Even then, I think there’s some value in experiencing things directly. I don’t know.
