Does this actually have full data back to that date, or is it only showing the data that survived the licence change in 2012?
The fragments in the screenshot makes me suspect its the latter and no CC-BY-SA data has been imported for the pre-2012 stuff?

@InsertUser @mirek The data used should be complete OSM, so yes, after the licence change it contains the data that survive the change - you can check the source data on https://osm.fit.vutbr.cz/extracts/
