I get these containers of croissants from Costco. They're freaking good, but if I just leave them out, they start getting stale before we can eat them all. My low tech solution is just put stuff on top of them to keep a slightly better seal. No extra containers to wash, and it easily lasts a week. #lifehack

@knutaf They freeze well and thaw quickly, too, when that's more convenient.

@knutaf could try freezing one - a gentle oven reheat in a loose wrap of aluminum foil probably would get it into a pretty good state.
