methylene blue is a bullshit medication. it's a fucking DYE. and it's used to tread methemoglobinemia, a condition famous for making you blue due to lack of oxygen. oh you're blue?? here lemme inject you with MORE BLUE. and it Fucking Works.

@fen@yiff.life they tried it as a dementia and Alzheimer's drug too there was a clinical trial I worked at a place that processed the returned kits, we had to send letters to the test sites telling them to stop sending us used blue diapers ☹
