@benfry To answer that question, you have to consider what managers were doing with your carefully crafted analytics before AI. My bet is on something like "pretend to look at the charts while holding them upside-down, nod wisely and do whatever they originally intended anyway".

@notimetoplay @benfry it seems to have been common practise already to use nonsense metrics for management, such as "amount of commits" or "lines of code", paired with bullshit excuses like "how else am i going to measure productivity?"
