@mrtazz See C A R Hoare on producing correct software: Either cleverly simple or massively large and complex. Simple is easier to check but much harder to design. A curse on managers that want to go straight from a Marketing Dept request to people actually coding. You can't even estimate project duration, complexity and risk without capturing the real requirements in formal logical language and then doing a design (with no coding!)
