Some nice dishes we cooked recently: aubergine lemon tagine, BBQ jackfruit, moussaka, baked halloumi with black seed honey glaze, African peanut stew (maafe), shepherd's pie, butterbean gratin, kuku sabzi, mushroom cobbler, jacket potato! #vegetarian #kitchendiary #happymemories
