SHORT HAND
which is old old school. The recipe book she left me has ingredients I cant read and TERRIFIC!! with some more things I cant read. She really took it with her.

@Crystal_Fish_Caves In one of my first jobs I had a secretary (really my boss’s boss’s secretary) who knew short hand. It looked like Ethiopian to me. And I still had to take the meeting minutes.
