#Notifuse is pretty overall but the drag-and-drop template editor doesn't do it for me. It insists on centering content within the available width in the recipient's mail client, and I don't care for that look at all. Plus the terminology is a bit weird. Newsletter issues are "templates", campaigns are "broadcasts"… okay. Not a big deal but my confusion added to the learning curve.
