Morning, Twters! What a fortnight, I've been so busy! Celebrating a friend's birthday the weekend before Easter, and then most of my family descended for the Easter weekend! I did a roast on Monday for my bestie and daughter, but for Easter dinner I made a very traditional, um... *checks notes*... cauliflower and red lentil dhal. Actually curry probably is more authentic than lamb! Anyway, glad to be resting now, I've missed you all! I hope you all had a wonderful time, whatever you did! 😘
