@universityofgroningen The event is opened by @Jeroenson from #OSNL, giving an overview of open science developments in the Netherlands since 2013, and what @OpenScienceNL does to further #openscience in NL.

@universityofgroningen @OpenScienceNL I enjoyed the first keynote of the day, by dr. Tim de Winkel @tdewinkel He spoke about his experience doing #socialmedia research in a #farright network. The five-year research project focused on the "notorious radical free speech service and fringe platform Gab". @NilsArlinghaus I recognised the font and brand artwork from my alma mater before I saw the name. At the time it felt over the top, but I guess it works for brand recognition :D
