Even though I don't think I'll jump to reading the original software company discussions I enjoyed your discussion, and I'm picking up some Colin Ward (somehow i haven't read before). And really enjoyed your references to Landsmanshaft! Parallels some of the experiences I've had in unions, but more specifically in explicitly anarchist and non-hierarchical communities i'm part of. By the way, Molly Crabapple's new book is all about the history of the Bund.
