An observation I had looking at the Stack Overflow 2025 developer survey is that Django is more popular with learners (17.2%) than professionals (11.7%). I find it interesting because Django is "the web framework for professionals [...]" and the narrative is that it's "difficult to learn" https://survey.stackoverflow.co/2025/technology/#1-web-frameworks-and-technologies Django was the framework that taught me (and many folks, look at djangogirls) both programming and web development. Personally I think Django is a good teacher 🎓
