The mRNA cancer vaccine isn't advertised as a vaccine like the one for Covid: it's not intended to prevent anything. It's a real therapy. The principle is to teach the immune system to recognize tumor cells as enemies, providing it with a precise molecular profile. It's a bit like giving a detective a perfect mug shot, instead of telling him to "look for a tall guy."
