I've been working sixteen hours a day on two unrelated projects last two weeks. I've seen certain someone whom I see every week, and I was like [using the Alice and Bob convention], "hi Alice, it's so nice to see you again". Then I realized I the amount of time elapsed since the last time I had seen her wasn't unusual, I was just perceiving it as a lot of time due to the amount of work and the resulting sleep deprivation.
