One of my sisters has sent me this meme as a birthday‘greeting’ does anyone know what the hell shes trying to say? We are two of seven siblings and the others don’t understand it either.

Update, I’ve done a little research. It’s really not good. 🤗. I choose to put it down to her advancing years, as well as her struggles with her mental health. I’ve no idea why she chooses to denigrate me, but I suppose I’m best placed of the rest of my siblings to ride out this pointless attack.
