The CEO, board of Directors and senior management should all be held accountable. Fines, then jail time. No more excuses and hiding behind the corporation

@SaanichGuy You're right, I was being far too lenient and compromising. Anyone who makes a profit off the company needs to face the consequences.

@SaanichGuy @Mikal When they started jailing Australian board directors for worksite deaths, guess what happened with safety on worksites :-) Every reason to do the same for road deaths.
