Since SPM Traits has seemingly a union of all other traits enabled across the build graph, this leads to the wonderful feature where a project in an Xcode workspace that enables a trait *also* enables it on any other project in the workspace (regardless if a dependency or not) :( I really want my preprocessor macros / defines back
