Naaaahhhhh I don’t believe that the dead commissioner suddenly turned a new leaf. He’d been covering murders for years. He had no reason to suddenly turn squeamish. It’s all part of the plan to ensnare our peeps. He just never expected the golden boy to murder *him*. Did they switch one of their guys who was arrested for the financial dude who got framed?
