@neil I can't help feeling that they could have solved 90% of the problem by simply requiring cancellation to be possible with the same ease as starting a sub. The single thing that pisses most people off is "click here on this website to sign up", followed by "phone this well-hidden number and wade through 17 different 'retention teams' to cancel".
