I've optimized `clippy::manual_is_ascii_check` by 97.125% in the `wasmi` crate. This makes a `cargo clippy` run in `wasmi` take 820 million instructions less, approximately 3.3% of the total analysis runtime. https://github.com/rust-lang/rust-clippy/pull/16755 #rust #programming #opensource
