tfw had a maxtor diamondmax 20GB drive, that thing was so slim and quiet compared to everything else. it was wild time back then man
Seagate has caught up and exceeded expectations. WD is having a lot of issues and lest we forget the CMR/SMR bullshit

this drive. I still have it. I think it's in my desk at my moms house. Next time I see her I'll see if I can find it. It still runs, too it was like 2/3 the normal height of a standard 3.5" HDD at the time, no idea why
