20TB drives on eBay going for 500CAD amazon 700CAD+ or you can shuck them from external for 600$+ thats like 25$/TB for used and abused and put away wet drives. where you seeing 20TB for 10$/TB?

I was rounding down a bit from $11 but this was mostly just a floor to show how ridiculous selling this for 100s of thousands was. Obviously running and maintaining that hw has additional costs and I wouldn't necessarily expect them to hold it themselves https://diskprices.com/
