i know i'm late to the party, but work just forced outlook on us. e-mails have been migrated, and now Nobody is finding Anything anymore. 🙃
and like... it is so clunky and inaccessible and just, ugh. e-mails used to be a very smooth thing, but even taking into account that we'll adjust... it feels like this is going to be a very constant annoyance now 🙈

@venetiana My commiserations. Just the other week I had to make the markup of one of our system's e-mails shit (and four times bigger in size) so that it would render the way we wanted it to in Outlook (everything else was already rendering it just fine). 🙃

@venetiana It's a software nightmare, especially when coupled with Teams and Active Directory.
