i called Kohler support to help with finding the parts needed to fix a shower issue i'm having. the mixer cap for my shower is set a bit too deeply in my wall to attach well to the trim, so the woman on the phone kept telling me to get a "debruffing kit", and i'm like wut. what is that?
finally i got her to tell me the part number, and it's this. but i can't unhear debruffing kit.

side note: companies suck, but i was really impressed with Kohler phone support on this one. i called them, and a real human talked to me. i told them my problem and they were like "get this part number", and it was good info. feel like that doesn't happen much anymore

@knutaf I don't care what it's actually called, it's debruffing.
