ADO is Azure DevOps. It had its name changed from TFS, Team Foundation Server. It’s basically Jira made by Microsoft and it’s a nightmare of over complicated and poorly named WebApp utilities that turn ticketing into a bureaucratic nightmare. Imagine them taking every suggestion ever given to them by companies and cobbling them together like Frankenstein, but never fixing any of the bugs or hiring a UI/UX designer. Anyway, Jira by comparison is a sigh of relief.
