So how much AI slop editing can you legally do to real estate photos in a listing? You'd have to expect a buyer to show up and go wtf, no? I mean I would not sign a sales contract with someone who modified home listing photos for wondering what else they'd take liberty with. Listing of home went up for house that backs onto mother in laws. Rental owned by realtor. Back fence has been a sore point with him. He won't go halvsies on new fence. But seems he will AI generate a fence for the sales photos. Landscaping is all AI, retaining wall AI. No idea about inside of home but many look modified. He even has photos of high park that are AI modified. Why the f- would you do that?
