"non-binary" people are just normies who somehow fell for the transgender meme but didn't wanna actually do the thing so they came up with a whole lot of bs so they could feel included, and also feel like they're somehow breaking free from gender roles even tho they're actually doing the exact opposite

  • people who agree with me are gon say I'm just saying the most mundane and obvious stuff ever so obvious it isn't worth mentioning people who disagree are gonna hyperventilate and call me names and plan some ways to ruin my life or something (thankfully i have zero followers so none of the above is actually gonna happen)

  • @vulonkaaz@v2.flyingcube.tech In the west, in some places there are social benefits for saying you are queer / non binary even if everything else about you is ordinary. Saw it happen with a few friends: "I'm not a man, I'm a they/them" but still wear men's clothing, grow facial hair, have sex with women, etc. In social groups that look down on straight white men, it's a way to climb up a few rungs. And you get to feel special and unique being able to constantly correct people that you're not a man/woman but a "they" Adjacent behavior is calling yourself bisexual but exclusively engaging in heterosexual relationships.
