He is plainly threatening to unilaterally initiate a nuclear war. It is on Republican Senators in Washington to prevent this: that's you. It is in within your power; and it is your responsibility to prevent Trump from requiring American troops to commit war crimes and - God help us - to prevent a nuclear holocaust.
