Reverend Jesse Jackson spoke at my high school in Athens, Georgia when I was a freshman. He was so kind, encouraging, and supportive while sharing with us how important standing up for each other, finding our own voice, and fighting for civil rights is. I have always admired and been inspired by him. Thank you Reverend Jackson.
