I really like the idea of putting all your high explosives in a confined space with a defined entrance and exit, at high expense. I feel like dropping a shockwave bomb at one end of this to try and create a 15PSI pressure wave at one end of the tunnel would go a long way in incapacitating or destroying occupants of said tunnel complex.
