"Barrhaven" might be an indigenous word meaning "No particular reason to visit it, unless you happen to know someone who lives there, and you want to ask them if they've thought about a condo in Westboro".
In this photo, the wall-maker has cleverly incorporated the suburb's coat of arms: a rectangular field of featureless stucco, symbolizing the large featureless neighbourhood on a macro scale, and the smaller monoculture lawns on a micro scale.
