do folks have opinions on fexofenadine vs loratadine vs cetirizine? how much does efficacy decrease for long term usage? (literature links appreciated, especially high quality meta-analyses)

@kouhai My opinion is that we need actual cheap generic fexo supply yesterday :mukiPeek: Pretty ridiculous to see that a single 120mg fexo pill is priced the same as twenty (!) 10mg pills of ceti or lora here, all because of branding

@kouhai I am curious about the efficacy decrease in long term usage and why it is. Not sure if I have experienced such because I usually only use continuously for a month or so My other opinion is that fexofenadine is the only one that has no neurological effects for me. Cetirizine gives me drowsiness, often in very annoying ways, such as "took it in the evening, had an overwhelming need to take a nap the following afternoon". Loratadine wasn't as bad but I think I sometimes felt more anxious on it?
