New in: Specimen folder for Pim, the latest release by @boldmonday . Pim is a happy creature, available in three weights, and inline style and an extensive set of square ornaments for creating patterns and borders, plus a generous selection of emoji – just for fun, I think. Pim was drawn by Pieter van Roosmalen, inspired by Dutch vernacular lettering (the “pootjesletter” ). Before releasing this monospaced type family as digital fonts, the designer extensively used his designs as wood type.
