@Slyence The legitimacy of the Iranian Revolutionary Regime rested on the idea that Iran could only take on the West if it embraced hardline Islamic Republicanism. And now Trump may have gifted that narrative on a silver platter. I don’t think this is even close to done, because Iran is asking for the removal of all sanctions leveled by the US since Bush, but this is a narrative win for the Islamic Republicans
