@jack story of my life 99% of companies work like this. Best case is if you implement monitoring everyone wants it nobody knows how to use it or what it tells you.

@jack I read this as "Teams are building demonware" and it seemed like a good name for it. I had to look twice to realize I was wrong. "Teams are building demoware — pretty interfaces, working endpoints, impressive walkthroughs — with zero validation underneath."
