Wok cooking is the only thing I miss from having a gas stove

A typical induction stove can heat way faster/hotter than a typical gas stove. So unless you specifically had an industrial gas stove specifically for your wok, chances are you can do the same recipes, just in a flat pan. There are even induction stoves with a bowl that fit a round wok, but that’s pretty niche.
