The gpu is an RTX 4060 + integrated intel gpu. From what I read before trying Nix, the closed-source drivers were better for it but I’m very much seeing what you mean about them being hell to get working. I also gave up on wayland with Nvidia really early on, x11 was the only one that I could get even remotely stable.
I really hope I can get it working, I do not want to go back to windows 😂

Then I could maybe help you more. or even better, you may not even have needed my help in the first place lol I have not had an Nvidia GPU in my life. I have, on occasion, advised people on it and It has never been stable or at all easy to get working... I feel like so many people switch to linux but they have a shit experience just because they have an Nvidia GPU.
